• Must have 3-5 years experience with web/Internet technical system development and excellent techincal project management skills.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with project lifecycle including documentation, data flows, database design, and issue logs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce applications.
• Stong knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and Java. Experience with databases, ideally MySQL.

Account Executive

• Developing new business by attracting new advertizers to GreatPost.com.
• Creating and presenting proposals to potential clients.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Understanding of Internet media and advertising.
• Ability to think creatively and express ideas clearly.

Senior Advertising Manager

• Develop efficient traffic-driving strategies.
• Work with graphic designers to create effective house advertisement banners.
• Online media evaluation.
• Evaluate and recommend online sponsorship opportunities.
• Negotiate barter agreements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Work with internal staff and external clients effectively and efficiently.
• Experience with media strategy, planning, and buying is a must.
