| China now is taking
its place among the great nations of the world. To complete this process,
my view is that the greatest change must come in the way enterprises are
managed.
When
I tach in the Motherland, it is wonderful to see the unlocking of minds.
Given the chance, the human mind will expand and grasp concepts thought
unmentionable only a few years ago!
It is
the minds of the people that will continue to make China a great nation.
The whole world will benefit when these skilled and motivated people learn
to compete on an international level in every sector...and that time is
not too far in the future.
